My name is Monica Reyes, located in Santa Rosa, Ca; I've been a licensed esthetician since 2018, 3x certified lash artist, with a variety of services offered: lash extensions ,facials & waxing Every service is customized to get your desired outcome, with our goal to get you feeling your best self! CANCELLATION POLICY I ask that you give at least 24hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations/ less than 24hr notice are subject to a 50% payment of service scheduled. LATE POLICY I offer a 10min grace period if you are running behind, I ask that you please notify me if you’ll be late. After 10min your appointment could be canceled or a late fee could be applied. NO CALL / NO SHOW Failing to notify me in a timely manner (2hr leading up to appointment) OR do not contact me at all, will result in a NoShow fee and will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
